You come up with these two opposing thoughts as far as debt is concerned. You got the

Dave Ramsey side where no debt is acceptable unless it's your primary home. Even then

you've got some restrictions on how he likes to do it.

Then you kind of have the Robert Kiyasaki side which says,

leverage everything because this is good debt and that you should be participating as much as you can in borrowing money for real estate.

I struggle between those two different thoughts and I appreciate it both of their points of views.
