you've personally been doing IF. Okay. I could talk about that for a long time. I actually first started

dabbling with intermittent fasting in 2009, but I never made it stick from 2009 to 2014 because

I thought of it as a diet that you would start and stop. And so I was never very successful. And it didn't

work for me. It didn't work for me. Then in 2014, I was 210 pounds, so I was officially obese. And then I was like, you know, this is it. I've got to do it. I'd been, you know, going from diet to diet. And I just said, okay, intermittent fasting is going to be my answer. I'm going to tweak it until it works for me. And I never looked back and I lost over
