haven't done one of these in a while so as usual I just kind of compiled some questions from Instagram, from Q&As, and we will see where it goes.

I definitely got a lot of questions about like exercise and diet so I'll go over some of that to begin with and then

question how to balance routine with spontaneity and challenging self outside of comfort zone.

So you guys probably know by now I'm very into certain routines that support my well-being and

kind of add structure where I need it to my life, but I kind of see it like by doing these things I feel like my best self so that then I can be spontaneous and challenge myself outside of my comfort zones like this person asked.

So it's not about having routines that I can't deviate from at all, but like having routines as kind of a foundation to build a life on.

So for example my morning routine you guys know I get so bored listening to people's routines and even talking about mine, but I know people are interested.

So for years my routine has more or less been to wake up at a certain time.

Usually my body wakes me up around 630, unfortunately.

I meditate, I read a few daily passages,
