thinking to myself, how am I? How are you? How's your heart? You know, sometimes Kylie asked me that, how's your heart?

In a way, at first, I feel a bit defensive sometimes. Fine, you know? I don't want to answer that right now.

And I know if I often don't want to answer it or I don't want to explore it, then there's something I don't want to touch in there.

And we often do that, right?

We don't take the time to ask ourselves. So I want to ask you, how are you? How is your heart?
