might be a little bit more difficult to grasp,

but in the East it's maybe much easier

because they have the idea of reincarnation

and the idea that death, it leads to birth,

and that the result of totally self-giving,

which means the death of our kind of like false independence,

the death of our false ego,

the death of maybe many of our comforts,

that we have to let all these things die

for there to be real life, you know, true life.
