Where did, how did you ever get formal, or did you get any formal training? I know the answer to this I'm just asking for our listeners

Did you get formal training on how to work undercover? I didn't right back then it was different Steve back then it was well you a street kid did you have some understanding now is it if you female if you were female and you had certain attributes let's call them okay whether it was a certain dialect okay because again the Cubans and the Columbians and the Okay,

because again, the Cubans and the Columbians and whatever it was back then,

it's all about the dialects.

So even sometimes on the task force, guys that were sitting on wires

because they might not have been the best

investigators but they could speak a certain dialect or understand it for the wiretap

purposes. That got you your gig. So a lot of times it was I walk in a room and by then I had the beard with the three degrades or a big bushy go tea or whatever it was and they look and they go

Yeah, this guy don't look like God. He'd be perfect. Well, what do you need me to do? Well, we need you to be a heroin addict going to Irvington, go here, go there, stand on line at 4 o'clock in the morning and buy heroin or crack back then was a big thing.

So my attribute was the way I looked. I ingratiated myself just based on the fact that I, it was my threshold for danger, right?

I, I had experienced these situations already. It's not the first time I've been in a gun, a shooting. I was in

shootings over at Washington Square Park with my friend is buying dope as a kid.

Like I would just want to take the ride. I didn't buy dope but I was just like yeah

okay no Sean's going okay I'll go take a ride with

Sean on the train get the dope and then you buy the he watch him buy the dope in the park and then you

leave it's just like a drug deal gone bad like an undercover him so So I had these understand things of it so

that's why they allowed me to do it so fast. But now the liability was insane

looking back who would let somebody so there are a lot of mistakes along the way, horrible mistakes,

a lot of violence. I could tell you I'm like Frankenstein. I've been sown back together in my

field of narcotics when I worked the narcotics, you know organized crime task force and narcotics I've been stabbed on the job
