stories of the Bible and not only that Matt mom's friends others who are listening we also can't

wait to share them with you we love the stories we want to tell you all about them today we got a

good one and so for our Korra crowd Korra values crowd Korra I'm just trying to use you know word

play here we're just trying it guys this is gonna be a pretty crazy story I can't wait to get

swallowed up in this story if you will Matt this is a heavy one this is how many pounds at least 25

pounds for sure so because this is a heavy episode Todd I thought about something and we don't have

to do this but here's what I'd like to do I'd like whenever things get too heavy just just say

act okay okay like just act alright and we'll we'll take care of it in the moment we'll take a

breather sure and we'll come back at it okay so anytime you feel like it's getting a little too

much you just say act yep okay here we go this is a story about Moses and the people of Israel so

we're in the desert this is the time of wanderings and things aren't great let's be honest the people

of Israel have a growing resentment toward Moses' leadership this is a theme that we've seen

you know it's pretty common as we've seen the wanderings in the wilderness they they feel

displaced they feel like there are no blessings for them they feel done wrong if you will

yeah time and time again I mean they're complaining when they feel like they're not being taken

care of or they view an obstacle through just a lens of fear and they say well we're not

able to do that you brought us out here to die what are you doing more often than not the people

demonstrate really just genuinely a lack of faith and willingness to rebel against the God has

delivered them from Egypt it seems like they forget and we probably seen that in ourselves sometimes

where the Lord does something in our lives and immediately we're fearful again or rebellious again

or it's just like we can't learn our lesson yep that's where we are today but today's rebellion
