This week I want to talk about people pleasing. People pleasing is a term that is thrown around a lot

and typically I feel is misconstrued because I think that most people say people pleasing if you

think is wrong, that means you please no one, which is also untrue. So let's define it. I've got

two definitions for you. So the first definition for people pleasing is an emotional need to please

others. And that's a simple one. I don't know if it's very encompassing, but I really like this

one that I read once and it's called editing or altering words or behaviors for the sake of others.
