All right you guys I am super super excited to talk to you guys about this topic today because I feel like a it's

going to help so many people and b maybe those of you out there who have thought to

yourself I can't be successful in this industry or maybe you've even quit this industry

So I'm going to talk about a few different things. I'm kind of just

going to give you guys like the secret sauce of success in this business and what it

takes to be successful in this business and what it takes to fail in this business. So I am a executive

director in my company which is one rank away from the tipy top of the company.

I've been in with my business for almost two years. It'll be two years at the end of September.

I have killed it. Okay, you guys, I'm not saying that to brag. I'm not saying that to like to put my own horn.

I'm saying that just to let you guys know

that I have a lot to offer and I bring a lot to the table

when it comes to knowledge and being successful in this industry.

Do I know everything?

Absolutely not.

Am I still learning every single day?
