Welcome back to the QODS.

I'm going to be talking about the realities of change.

I'm just going to be telling you what I'm talking about yesterday, just the mere act of saying,

no, of declining invitations is uncomfortable.

Like, as it is, that's just one thing is uncomfortable, moving toward where you want

to go in all of the things that come with it, all of the obstacles that come with it,

it's going to be one of the hardest things you've ever done.

And if you're not prepared for that then change probably isn't going to happen.

you're not going to be able to turn your life around. It's a fantastic book, I highly recommend.

It is called How We Change by Ross Elvin Horn. It's one of my favorite books ever, top 10.

And to be frank, it triggers a lot of people when they read it. And it triggers people because

he really gives you that real. You know what I'm saying? He's like, here are the 10 reasons why people

don't change. And if you want to get to where you want to go, you are going to have to accept the fat.

That these are 10 things that you're going to have to overcome along the way.

And again, it's not going to be easy. And so, John's going to talk about that. He's also going to give

you part of his strategy for turning your life or your organization around. I cut it off, I think,

after part number one, but of course, you can watch the entire talk and get the rest of it
