Throw a boogie bomb while at an I.

I. O. Outpost.

To me, there's one right outside of shuffled shrines to the east so I would land at

shruffled shrines and and be looking around there to find a boogie bomb because it's, you know, it's a named

POI so there's more loot there so you're more likely to find a boogie bomb and then just take it over to the

I.O. Outpost from there, which is really close by, and throw one while you are at it.
