They don't want to work hard. When they think about working hard, their brain takes them

to extremes. They're like, I don't want to work so hard or I lose my health or I lose

my family. I'm working 80 hours a week. That's now what we're talking about. We're talking

about consistent work on your dreams, eliminating distractions, sitting down, being self-disciplined

every single day where you're doing your work, where you're doing your little by little's

that are getting you toward your goal. Like he says, if you don't want to work hard, you

don't belong here. If you don't want to work hard, then you're not going to accomplish

the goal. It's not going to happen. So you have to have been talking about commitment this

week. You have to commit yourself to the hard work, not to the work of holism, not to

the work to the detriment of my health and to my family, but the consistent work showing

up every single day. You got to read a book I'm reading right now by Ryan Holiday. I can't

remember the name of it, but it's about self-disciplined. This is nothing but stories of self-disciplined.

Read that book and you'll find out what it's like to show up to make no excuses.
