| 0:51.0 | It's a fun mix of like old power building, stuff like leg press and some old equipment and then inside the Crossfit area. |

| 1:03.0 | And it's getting there here that these old awesome magazines are pointing out, like 1930, Physical Culture, 25 cents. |

| 1:14.0 | It'd be awesome. |
| 1:15.0 | Today we want to talk about setting goals, it being New Year's and all, there are tons of people out there making New Year's resolutions. |

| 1:26.0 | I'm personally not a fan of it. |
| 1:27.0 | How many of those goals would just be complete shit? |
| 1:29.0 | I don't know if it's that. |
| 1:30.0 | I'm not a big fan of it because usually the types of things that people are wanting to achieve are probably a little outside of their reach and then they set the same goal every year. |
