Early in the Fall of 2020 I was given the incredible opportunity to work with the Modern Salon team and Kati Whitledge to co-create an interview about what the industry has experienced going through in 2020. We talked about the permanent and temporary shifts we've seen because of the pandemic, and what we think are the best way to prepare for an uncertain future as we see second, and even third waves of closures.
