Sean Crox and calm today we are kicking off a three part series on leadership

how to become a better leader how to reach your goals by leading others and we're

gonna start off today with Darren Hardy today he's gonna talk about the key

character traits that you're gonna need to have if you're gonna become a 21st

century leader Darren Hardy's coming up so what is it what is it that you think is

the key skill to lead a revolution given all these dynamic things that are

taking place in our world in our marketplace what's the one skill to navigate

through this that you're going to need to develop in order to capture the

opportunity it is to become a 21st century leader because leadership has

changed as a result of all these dynamic changes that have taken place in our

world and on our marketplace and so the leadership skills of yesterday are no

longer apply to the dynamic marketplace that we're engaged in right now so if

you want to capture the opportunity of the present you have to redevelop your

skills as a leader so that's what I'm here to do is to show you what are the

are the skills the very few specific skills that you're gonna want to master

and then what's the vision that you need to have in order to be a 21st century
