From 2003 to 2009 he was the editor of Paradox, the magazine of historical and speculative

fiction and his short fiction has appeared in Nightmare magazine and Black Static,

as well as in the anthologies shades of blue and gray, ghosts of the Civil War,

and zombies shambling through the ages. He's also written a psychological thriller about Lady Godiva and a wartime resistance thriller set immediately after the Norman conquest, both of which he's currently shopping around to agents.
