When we begin to understand things like our unconscious biases, explore the programs we were raised with, and recognize the BS of what we've been taught relationally — we are presented with a choice. We can choose whether or not we want to do the work, sit with the hard stuff, and become the best version of ourselves. Expansion is readily available to us... will you choose it? ~~~ Discover: Perspectives of the world of those who are "lucky" and those who are "unlucky" The unconscious programs that are running the show Healthy inquiry, self-responsibility and self-awareness Expansion and the cocoon Where your worth comes from Explore the depths of who you are with grace and compassion Progress and transformation and stepping into a new space The beauty of repair Take responsibility for the way you relate Life is hard, AND we can change From victim to victor Life is hard, AND you can change Owning your sh*t   Your body is an amazing organic machine that can accomplish miraculous feats.
