It has been some time since we've had a one-on-one, a jam session, just you and I.

I've had a hard time doing just solo episodes because I've felt not called to.

And the reason that is is because I felt like it's not really an easy time to have a voice,

But then I was trying to formulate or get a sense of my thoughts and feelings as the world is

in such transitionary times, you know, and there's a lot of uncertainty, there's a lot of censorship.

It's pretty hard to know which way is up. it's pretty hard to know what the truth is no matter

how much information i consume things are confusing i feel a lot of anger and grief and excitement i mean i have

all the feelings my anger comes at the continued exposure of the corrupt systems that exist in the

world. You know, you sort of think about it. Like, how do I do anything about that as an individual

when the momentum, the pain, and the suffering in the world is so much? And I always think back to

just the spiritual teachings of Change yourself, change the world.

Undo how those systems live within you, how you participate in those systems, and you help

heal the systems because you no longer participate in them, and in how your behavior changes,

like any pattern.

When you make a different choice, you change your patterns, and you end up in

different places, and you end up in different conversations, and you relate differently to other

people. And so the very act of our own, what you might call reclamation or rebellion slash healing
