In some senses is a million dollars what it was a decade ago are we still looking at that number as that kind of overall goal

Yeah, I think there's a lot of debate around that and obviously we have inflation and change of

times and change in values house values company values is a million dollars

still a phenomenal mark yes I believe so is it definitely different than it used to be yes

one million dollars back you know let's say in the 90s when I was growing up as a kid is

definitely a whole lot different than now.

we're like mid 80s every day and sunny mid 60s overnight it's just it's what you live in

Texas for is the weather right now coming in October.

Yeah and then in August you want to get out. Yeah you take a little vacation cool off

it's all good you know through August September really even through August, or through May, is just beautiful.

You know, the winter is beautiful.

We're in the 60s, 70s, it's sunny, getting the 80s, the 90s, and then yeah, you just

take a vacation in June, July, or or August or maybe some people do it all three months.

Yeah that'd be nice right coming up on Q4 here been quite a year right? Yeah no kidding
