What is up you guys? Welcome to Day 9. I have my tracking sheets in front of me. Coming to this day in a

0:15.6

fresh week, what I would love to take you through is what I go through myself and that is self

0:20.4

assessment. We have talked about this in previous series, but I kind of want to shed a fresh perspective on it, especially with this series and talking about knowing your worth. So really going through and raise your hand if you're going through the glow-up challenge right now. By the way, the glow-up challenge is totally free. It's a PDF that I created

0:38.3

because everybody wanted to be a part of it. And I said, okay, I'll just share my list of things that I'm doing. And I put it on a PDF and I put it on a website so it was super easy to access. I got asked by a ton of people. So many marketing people were like, wait, why aren't you asking for people's emails to this. I was like, no, the point is not to capture any leads or ask for anything.

0:38.5

It's just where people do with me. Like, I don't, there is no exterior factors. If you want to do it cool, I link to every single item that I use and what I'm loving, and then I track what I'm doing in my routine builder. So in my weekly routine builder,

1:11.0

I do also, on the flip backside of it, and you don't have to have this, I'll take you through it. If you do want this, it is the routine insert. It's not this one, but it kind of looks like this. The inserts that we have at the Daily Grind that you can clip into your planner. So they just snap right in, And then what I like to do is I put a little divider.

1:08.7

I'm going to show it to you.

1:09.6

I'm going to show you what I have.

1:10.7

It's really pretty. So in here, I have this every single week. And then I have these tabs and one of them says habits. So what I like to do is I track weekly. I track yearly. So here you can see my year ahead. So I've gone through one in a bit

1:45.5

months here. And it's my productivity. So I'm constantly tracking my trends, which I'm going to talk to you

1:51.4

about today. And I'm constantly tracking my progress, how I'm feeling. And then I self-assess.

1:56.2

So what I like to do is look at trends. And I'm completely going to explain that to you because I

1:59.8

think it's super powerful. But this here on the screen, and if you're listening on the podcast, what I can do

2:05.6

is just kind of like visually explain this to you. But basically what I've created is five habits.

2:12.4

And then vertically in a graph, you can see where I dip in mood in certain points. Like it goes high,

2:19.6

high, high, and it goes, whoa, and then it goes back up. But that perfectly aligns vertically

2:24.7

with where I'm missing a couple habits in that same spot. So it makes complete graphical sense.

2:31.7

And there are trends that where there's holes in my habits,

2:36.0

my mood dips. So right here, if you go straight up, there's some holes in those habits. So

2:40.3

it's super interesting to see that when you're not consistent with the very easy to do,

2:46.4

very easy not to do healthy habits in your day that you deem important, how much that can in the

2:52.4

long term affect your mood, your sleep, your activity, all of the things in a day. So what I like to do
