There's a 5% random draw so now as non-residents you actually have a

chance to draw 13 B 13 A some of those better deer hunts.

The 5%, the 5 and 5 new rule change does not apply to sheep,

but I've been getting a lot of emails from people asking whether they should apply and my

answers yes of course I mean this is the first year in a long time that you actually have a chance

to draw the best deer tag in the state of Arizona was zero points.

I mean it can happen.
