Welcome back to the quote of the day show I'm your host Sean Crox and the Sean Crox and calm. We got less brown on the show for your motivation Monday and today less is going to encourage you to look within.

And to discover what it is that you want to do.

What it is that's going to really help people and make a difference in people's lives.

What is going to serve others and when you find it to go out there and do it.

To leap into the unknown and give it a try and see if this is something that you really want to do.

But when you do it, you got to do it with courage. You got to do it with enthusiasm and you got to do it with excellence.

That's brown. He's coming up.

Decide to do it now. Decide whatever you want to do that you are now going to become actively involved right now exploring the possibilities for you.

That you're going to look at it and do just a little bit of it right now when I decided to become a speaker.

I don't just quit my job and just ran out and say I'm a motivational speaker though.

What I did was I decided to start looking at other people that were involved in the speaking profession. I volunteered to work with some speakers so that I could learn whatever you want to do.

Get your feet wet.

Game some experience doing some volunteer work in the area and find out whether or not this thing you want to do will fit for you.

Find a mind to him. He wanted to have a restaurant and say have you ever operated restaurant before.

He said no, I said really you don't even know if you want one.

I said what's your expertise? What do you bring to the table?

He said I can cook real good. I said what about the management side? What about the business part of the restaurant?

You're not going to be cooking all the time. Somebody's got to receive the money. Who's going to manage the personality that you got to write?

You got a point there. So this guy got a job in a restaurant in the evening time on a part-time basis after doing that for a while.

He said you know what? I think I just want to be a chef.

He said after working them people didn't show off the working. It says hard to find the help people weren't responsible.
