I don't know about you, but oftentimes in the declutter process, I used to feel like, gosh,

that little extra nudge and almost permission to help me let things go, because I feel like

while we're decluttering, our mind starts this negotiation process, but our gut, our initial

knee-jerk reaction to something, we know the answer is to dec declutter, to donate, to let it go.

But then our mind starts this negotiation process. And we're like, oh, but that costs money.

Oh, but what if I need it later? All these things. And sometimes just having someone there to help

you nudge you into reality and go, no, Katie, you haven't used that in six months. No, just let

it go. How helpful is that? And so that's what
