Creating these turbo scenarios in your mind, who's out to get me or how things can go wrong.

And you're just getting bigger and bigger and bigger.

And there's actually no information.

It's your mind's just spinning out of control.

Sure.

And, you know, I don't know how much we can blame people for thinking that way, right?

Because they're almost hired to think like that. It's like prevented. They're trying to prevent some kind of disaster that they're convinced there's a good possibility that's going to happen. And I suppose it just shows it shows a lot about people and how we think. But it also just shows a lot about the nature of the world that we're living.

You know, that we're all in it and we're all afraid.

You know, we're all trying to maintain some kind of safety and territory for the ones that we love.

You know, but the way that the world works is very, unless there's some tremendous effort to elevate the level of our thinking,

then there's every possibility that is always going to devolve into conflict and even violent conflict and deadly conflict.
