and calm. It's throwback Thursday and we are turning back that clock all the way to episode

0:42.1

number five thirty nine in our feature speaker, Fred Johnson. Today Fred is going to talk

0:48.0

about this thing that a lot of us struggle with. He's going to talk about imposter syndrome,

0:55.4

how when many of us move forward in our lives and we get to where we want to go, we go,

1:01.8

oh no, I don't know how I got here. And maybe I don't deserve this. Maybe I'm not good

1:29.0

1:52.4

that you're doing it, but you're doing it because of the subconscious processes. And so

2:00.1

we get to where we want to go and we look back and we go, oh, I can see the big rocks of

2:04.8

what I did, but everything in between. I don't know. It must have been luck. It wasn't

2:10.2

luck. It was the fact that you gave yourself a clear destination for where to go in your

2:18.0

brain. Guided you there without you even really knowing it. So you're not an imposter.

2:25.8

You're just somebody who gave yourself a command and stuck to it. Fred Johnson, he's coming

2:31.6

up.
