number 151 and today we're talking about Benzo diazepines. Before we jump into that though

In fact, we use them so much, we shorten it and just say benzoes I mean benzo diasopines that's six

syllables you don't have time for that so if you hear someone say benzo's they're

talking about benzo diasop. They are one of many classes of medications that depress the

central nervous system. Some others include barbiturates, opioids, and sedatives slash hypnotics. So when you're
