0:13.0	had a little girl. So I thought she'd be the perfect person to come on here and talk about a
0:18.2	lot of the questions I get asked when it comes to babies. So baby sleep, baby food, baby wearing.
0:25.9	This is going to be that episode that whenever I get a DM when somebody says, how do you transition
0:30.5	a child out of co-sleeping to their crib? I'm always like, oh, I don't even know. I talked about
0:35.8	that somewhere where it wasn't. I will just tell them come to the Ariel Tyson episode because we're
0:40.1	going to go into that. And it just so happens that right now I'm in this phase where I'm doing
0:46.8	that. I'm actually transitioning Theo from co-sleeping to his own crib. And so it's fresh on my
0:52.9	mind. A lot of times when people ask me, I am like, I don't even remember what but because it's been
0:59.3	a while. And with kids things change so much. So whenever I have a 15 month old, I tend to forget
1:06.2	about what it was like getting them to the point where they are now sleeping through the night in
1:10.0	their own bed. And also just a lot of situations change and it really depends on the child. And so
