The Disappearance Of 9 Year Old Walter Collins, The LAPD That Tried To Force His Mother Christine To Take In Another Boy Who Was Claiming To Be Her Missing Son And The Connection To The Wineville Chicken Coop Murders

On March 10, 1928, single mom living in Los Angeles, Christine Collins had to go to her job at the phone switchboards. So, she gave her 9 year old son Walter money to go to the movies. He was never seen again. After an exhaustive investigation the LAPD, 5 months after Walter went missing, was told the boy was found in Illinois. He was sent by train to LA, but when he got off to be reunited with his mom, she took one look at him and said - this is not my son. But the LAPD forced her to take the boy. This is the story of the Changeling.
