0:23.9

to inform us about what that might mean, some ways that it's being modeled in terms of companies,

improving oneself or expanding one's knowledge the actual act of listening to a podcast that's about improving oneself or expanding

one's knowledge is an act of putting a deposit in to our mental, emotional, relational health.

0:45.6

0:51.0

I think this is always an important subject, and it is especially an important subject

0:56.3

these days, as we really see us as a collective going through a trauma together, really being

starved of connection and being told that other humans are potentially bio-weapons in that they're dangerous and healthy

1:15.5

humans around us are dangerous. And no matter where you sit on the thought about asymptomatic

1:24.3

spread or any of that, in our unconscious, that message has been really embedded.

1:30.3

explore community and explore our very real need for other, that we are mindful of everything we've been through that if you

2:29.2

because I really felt the need to create a safe space for people to learn and to, you know, what's so cool

2:36.0

about the platform. So it's a lot like, you know, Peloton meets Netflix for emotional, relational,

2:42.6

mental health in that it is live and on-demand classes. So you could mind and chill if you want to do.

2:50.5

It's live and on-demand classes on all these different mind and chill if you want to do. It's live and on demand classes on all these
