Cody has been buying and flipping homes and then also keeping homes for his residential real estate portfolio for a couple years now.

And he does this through the Burr Strategy, buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat, which has allowed him to have a rental portfolio of 15 units at only 24 years old.

So Cody's doing something right and he's doing something right very, very early on in life. So I can't wait to bring you our conversation
