United States Air Force retired, about the rumor mill coming out of the Fourth Plenomen,

the People's Republic of Chinese Communist Party,

about the possible decision by General Zhang,

General Zhang Shenzhi, Z-H-A-N-G, final name, surname, Y-O-U-X-I-A, top uniform man in the PLA,

unhappy with moving to challenge, moving to change the direction of the country under Xi Jinping.

Blaine answers, in part what we know, in part what we don't know, about the deployment of troops,

whose law to what, and the suspension of four-star generals these last days,

maybe even removal of those four-star generals from

the Central Committee. Here's Blaine Holt to describe what we do know. All fog of diplomacy, fog

of war, speculation, until more of this tonight. Well, for the military um i think that in my own research what i've learned

is jang yushia has done a very good job in preparing commanders that are loyal to him and commanders

of the most important elite units including the 82nd around Beijing uh to be loyal to the People's Liberation Army,

not to the party itself.

And so they have stabilized that.

I think when the average Chinese soldier looks out and looks at what's happening economically

to the country, I think there's a morale boost when they think that their top general might write the ship or be the backbone of writing the ship.
