So on today's show, we have Earn and his net worth is 3.1 million and he's got a he's got a bunch of different you know classes in that 3.1 million with his biggest one being about 1.2 in the equity markets

and that's between his retirement accounts and his non-retirement accounts and of that

1.2 million about 90% is invested in an S&P 500 index fund.

So he has about a million dollars in the S&P 500 index fund.

And so we ask him about that and why he so heavily allocated in that fund and you know he opens up about that and then shares his inside about how he wish he had a little bit more allocated to international funds.

Also he talks about why he doesn't invest in any actively

managed mutual funds and he really does favor those index funds.

And then he also had about 250,000 in deferred compensation. And so he

opens up about his strategy with that and what he's thinking in the future about

taking that money once he retires.

And then lastly, I thought he had a great piece of information at the end about getting started

when you're young and what he did and what he wishes he would have done and just provided some great

you know input on what all of us can can work on and put into our retirement plan.
