the heck that's supposed to be, for very long. But it's the ongoing pursuit of balance and not

getting too far off track in any one particular

area that I really believe leads to the game changer life.

You know, the game changer life is not just about being great, you know, being the best

at what you do for a living, all right, bringing the energy effort, the enthusiasm, the excellence, the passion,

the attitude, the focus, the integrity to the workplace, or if you're in athletics, to the

court. It's not just that. It's about being a game changer in all aspects of your life. In order to do

that, you've got to pay more attention to balance. And the fact is, if you ask 10 different people

what balance in life is, they'll probably have 10 different ideas. One guy, he's fine. If he's spending 70% of his time at work and 30% at

home, to him, that's a good balance. He really doesn't want to be home that much more than that.

And the people at home are glad he's away 70% of the time. So that works for them, if you get what I mean.

So everybody has a different idea of what balance is. I want to give you some basic principles,
