1:27.7 | successful. And they made a post and they said, they're not successful. They don't consider themselves |
1:35.4 | successful. They have not achieved success. And I could see where they are coming from a little bit, |
1:44.2 | but at the same time, this person also was an entrepreneur with teams and employees, |
1:54.3 | in a full-blown organization and a brand. And from a leadership standpoint, to say you have not |
2:02.8 | reached success, you are not successful. And people are working with you and for you, |
2:10.8 | that is a direct reflection and interpretation of their work, their result, their outcome. |
2:20.4 | So to say you are unsuccessful and you haven't reached success, your team, your family, |
2:28.4 | well, they feel bad. And you're essentially telling them they are not successful. This person |
2:33.7 | was telling his team, no matter how much they work and they may have showed up to that job day |
