| 1:05.0 | through your nose, but it's definitely |
| 1:06.8 | starting to get less comfortable to talk. |
| 1:09.9 | Zone three is harder work. |
| 1:12.0 | You might feel like you have to pause every 3 words |
| 1:15.0 | if you're talking. |
| 1:16.1 | You're puffing more, you're breathing in and out |
| 1:17.9 | through your mouth mostly. |
