Hello everyone and welcome to another edition of Mormon Stories podcast. I'm your host

0:05.0

John DeLin. It is September 14th, 2021, I believe. And we are super excited today for a

0:13.5

continuation in our series of what we're calling the gift of the Mormon faith crisis series

0:19.8

on Mormon Stories podcast. So just to give a tiny bit of background, a few years ago,

0:24.2

Natasha, Helfer and I and my wife, Margie, were overflowing with feedback from people who needed

0:31.4

coaching support. And we didn't have enough slots to be able to help everyone. And frankly,

0:35.8

we just wanted to have as many people get the help and support that they needed without

0:40.1

even needed to pay any money. So we decided to do kind of an altruistic thing, which was to

0:44.7

0:51.6

podcast at Mormon faith crisis.com called the gift to the Mormon faith crisis podcast and did

1:07.5

to do once we got Carabarell on staff, once we improved our video and our audio and beefed out

1:14.4

the Mormon Stories podcast studio is we decided that we're going to bring back a lot of these

1:18.5

topics and bring on a mental professional or coach each week to provide some content on the

1:26.0

Mormon Stories podcast channel to support healing and growth. Yes, we do history and truth claims.

1:31.5

Yes, we do a big faith journeys. Yes, we do current events and response videos. But we also

1:37.9

want to do content dedicated to healing and growth. So we are lucky enough that my dear wife,

1:43.3

Margie agreed to come on at least twice a month to share with us some of her wisdom. A couple

1:48.4

weeks ago, we had Margie on Margie. What do we talk about a couple weeks ago? We talked about

1:53.9

grounding during times of overwhelm. Yeah. And I received a ton of positive feedback about that.

2:00.3

And today we are covering for sure one of the most highly sought after topics in the whole
