0:46.8	what we're doing tonight. There's so many exciting things going on. There's been some changes that I
0:51.8	want to either address and or announce. There've been lots of questions I've been getting, and I
0:57.1	just kind of this morning put it out to the audience. Hey, any questions, anybody have any questions
1:02.8	or things they'd like to have me talk about and a lot of a lot of you guys shared some questions
1:09.3	or comments. So I'm going to do my best to answer some of the questions or feedback. And also,
1:15.1	I'm welcoming live questions or feedback as well. Kara, Borel is joining us. She's moderating the
1:23.0	comments in the chat today. We're super grateful for Kara and all she's done. She's she's home today,
1:29.0	but she was gracious enough to agree to moderate the chats in the comments. So she will be commenting
1:36.0	and moderating as a part of this episode. All right, so let's just go ahead and jump in. I don't
1:42.0	plan on this being super long. Today, I wanted to talk about again, an update and give you
1:48.8	you guys a chance to ask me questions. So I wanted to begin as I often like to do kind of centering
1:56.8	or grounding us in what our mission is and kind of what we're about just to remind those who are new.
