just going to come right out of the game I watch Top Gun Maverick this weekend so I'm all hopped up on fighter pilot juice and I got to tell you

Today we're going to talk about something more important than Jerry West and Oscar Robertson and all this 1960s black and white stuff.

We're going to talk about the fact that Cody, I think Jerry West, I I mean I think he may have a case

I think Jerry West has a case for the best player of the 1960s

Mm-hmm and I think there's kind of like a I don't know if I want to throw the word goat out there. I don't know if I want to go that far. But there's something about Jerry West that we have to talk about today that like he was a couple bounces of a ball

and maybe like a player trade or an injury away from having a stature that people

might talk about him as one of the six greatest player

of five four I don't know he was ridiculous he was modern I see him in the lineage of Kobe Bryant Michael Jordan

I think we're gonna get into that today because we are gonna get into the careers of Oscar and West and talk about the, you know, the

similarities and differences and things like that, but I just have to get that out of the way.

For anyone who is not vested in the 1960s basketball like this

guy was from the future if this man had a three-point line let's let's just say
