I was kind of a part of the Dave Ramsey approach early on and they just like you know

invest in growth stock mutual funds and I'm looking around I'm like there's 10,000 mutual

funds in America. You know don't I supposed to pick one?

You know, don't buy more house than you can afford,

which is what I did in the beginning.

And then it was, you know, the market collapsed and all that.

I mean, if possible, if you can handle it, I would recommend anybody to house hack a multi-unit and don't buy an expensive car.
