We're with Kelly and Heather Lang where we talked about their Mormon stories growing up in Idaho Falls

Idaho but also talking about Kelly's career as a naval officer in the US Navy and as a

Commander of naval submarines nuclear submarines and all the amazing

Experiences that Kelly and his wife Heather had being orthodox active believing faithful Mormons and serving in the US Navy

including six years of

Service in a submarine floating a who knows where doing who knows what but also serving at the US naval Academy and everything in between

It's an epic powerful gripping story of patriotism of faithfulness of family and

But where we left off was after this distinguished career

There was kind of this parallel story happening where Kelly and Heather Lang have four children

Heather's raising these four children sometimes alone while Kelly's off to see and serving in his military career and

Two of these four children Britain and Mason were growing up doing the the super Mormon life

And at some point became awakened to the fact that they were gay and we have we have had lots of LGBTQ people

Here are more of a stories talking about their stories

We've never had to that I remember two gay siblings talking about it

So it's one thing to be gay Mormon

It's another thing to have a sibling who's gay and to be raised as a Mormon
