Tom is an elementary school PE teacher turned stand-up comedian. He began his comedy career by training at both iO Chicago and The Second City Conservatory before turning to stand-up comedy in 2015. He developed his social media persona (The Angry Gym Teacher) in 2020 and has since gone viral several times with his hilarious videos and sketches, amassing over 400k followers across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Tom has performed in notable comedy clubs such as Zanies, Helium, and Funny Bone both as a headliner and as a feature on the Bored Teachers Comedy Tour. Tom's comedic style is edgy and relatable, with hilariously wholesome stories from his life as a teacher and a dad.
