episode 146. I am so thrilled to have on the show today a really special guest. This is such a treat

Dr. Richard Lorneheld is he holds a very special place in my heart. I'm going to use your last name. And I am just so

thrilled to have you here today.

You know, holistic health and what I share with my listeners is that holistic health is not just

physical, it's emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic and I have lots of shows on physical health and what we really want to do is balance out to have

spiritual health and what I love about your church's tagline is that you make your it's practical spirituality and a

welcoming community and I think that is so powerful the idea of making

spirituality practical especially in a world that's so complex like you and I just spent

several minutes trying to make Skype work. It just feels like we are living in this very complex world and I think I did I did think that spirituality was also complex growing up you

know read a lot of books thinking I had to figure it out right and and of course you've read a lot of books you know as as
