meditation or you think, I know it's something that could be beneficial, but it's not for me, or you want to do it, but you just don't know how to start.

Genoa Van Kekum. He is a meditation teacher, Vedic meditation, which is what I do

as well. And I really love talking to him because we have kind of similar backgrounds.

He was kind of a party guy.

His life was a little bit aimless and empty before he found meditation and of course I share that in common with him and

our stories are very different but the feelings are very much the same in a lot of

ways so he gets into how meditation changed his life and the benefits of it and how to do it and he's not what you would think of when you think of a meditator. He doesn't, you know, wear a white robe or anything like that he very much looks like a

regular guy but he's very devoted to his meditation practice and to teaching it to

other people because of how positively it impacted his life

and really changed his life.

So two things that I really took away from this episode.
