0:39.6	And we often want to just move away from anxiety, of course, right? We want to claim certainty.
0:44.0	And so that causes us to really cling to certain beliefs, which really abolishes any opportunity

0:58.7	And of course, we see this in so many different ways in any conversation about what's currently occurring in the world.
1:00.6	You know, we have so many inconsistencies.
1:02.6	And I think that's what's challenging is when you question inconsistencies, you're told

1:09.0	But like in other ways, like don't be hesitant. Are you an
1:13.3	anti-vaxxer? Are you anti-this? Are you a Republican? Are you a Democrat? Are you this? I'm Canadian,
1:19.5	but we still get assigned these things, you know, no matter what. And we all have ways of dividing
1:25.3	no matter where you live in the world and our fear doesn't allow
1:28.4	us to hear all the information so of course there are viable arguments on every side but our fear
1:34.5	doesn't allow us to be open and i would argue and this is supported by a lot of research that
1:42.2	first off the research shows that the news has been overwhelmingly
1:45.6	negative about COVID the news is always negative generally right because if it bleeds it leads
