1:32.3 | but there were a few limitations in the study, including that there wasn't a control group, |
1:37.3 | which basically means it's hard to determine if the mindfulness training was the main reason for all the improvements or if it was |
1:46.3 | potentially something else. And also the data was collected by self-reported questionnaires. And sometimes |
1:52.9 | this can impact the results because people either knowingly or unknowingly change their answers |
