different than heavy weightlifting and how do the two affect your body?

And I'm sure you've heard one of these two things,

it kind of on the opposite side of the spectrum.

So number one, you might have heard a lot of health experts lately basically saying that you have to lift heavy or you

aren't going to be healthy for the rest of your life.

And then on the opposite side, there's the more like health and wellness people that are saying,
