After earning dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Marketing, DeNisha found her calling in the accounting and finance industry. Over the past 6 years, DeNisha has worked hard to grow her Atlanta based firm – Gray Financial – into a full-service accounting firm. In 2021, DeNisha became Co-Owner and CFO of TranspoCFO, an accounting firm specializing in the transportation industry. DeNisha has 14 years of experience serving and advising businesses in all phases of the organizational life cycle. She represents growth-oriented, closely-held companies in the small to middle-market space. Additionally, she assists start-up ventures with various accounting functions. DeNisha delivers business support services, including serving as an outsourced CFO—that helps businesses create deal structures, build growth models, and prepare budgets. She assists clients in managing the financial aspects of operations, including cash management, income tax planning and preparation, and positioning for debt or equity infusions. DeNisha’s passion for the success of her
clients is his primary motivator in equipping business owners with the financial tools they need to meet their growth projections and remain on target to achieve their exit strategies. DeNisha is actively pursuing her CPA license.
