You know, I'm good. I feel like this has become my podcast of ailments in that a lot of shit

has been like wrong with my body lately between my back, which thankfully has been doing better the last two weeks.

And my chronic allergies, which I've talked about on here, which still haven't gone away.

I can't remember if I talked about this on the podcast, but I was doing some Googling.

And I was reading some websites that what I think may be daily sinus headaches may actually be

like low-grade migraines, which is a lot to take in.
