| 1:59.4 | So he decided to walk every day for five miles. He and his wife if she went fine if she didn't |
| 2:05.3 | But that was a commitment he was willing to make to himself and he started decided to start managing his food choices |
| 2:10.9 | He lost two people over 200 pounds |
| 2:13.1 | Normalize this way. That was a choice |
| 2:17.6 | He decided to to use and harness his will and commitment |
| 2:22.0 | To begin to create a new life for himself. He says let's have I have a different life people see me they they can't even believe |
