You're good, huh? You're're an hour ahead you're in New York

you're uh you're painting the city red I imagine yeah I'm painting the city red I'm

we'd uh we drove we drove around New York out I've been working on a new

documentary film and lots of working and videotaping of

painting, but no painting.

Well, that's okay. And in case you did know, this is, in fact, the crushing iron

trathlon podcast, which we occasionally talk about trathlon and then we

most often cover uh college baseball college basketball winter Olympics uh anything else in

between so um how is the how many hours are you working a day it sounds like some pretty long days we're talking

like 13 14 hour days here yeah yeah it's uh you know i mean like yesterday uh let's see we worked uh

we drove for about four hours yesterday we had a good disgusting yeah we start in in new york

city so we we drove to the bottom of statin island for an interview to start the day and then

had to come back into manhattan and up to queens I don't even know where the hell we are.

I'm just sitting in the back, just kind of hanging out.

So, I mean, this place is just incredible.

It's actually not as traffic-y as I would imagine it be, even though even in Russia.

I mean, there's obviously a lot of traffic, but clearly.

Did you say even in Russia?

Probably not.
